I am a Computational Postdoctoral Associate at Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. I was a Postdoctoral Assistant Professor at the Mathematics Department, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I held a double appointment also as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Biomedical and Clinical Informatics Lab, Department of Computational Medicine, and Bioinformatics at UMICH. I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2017, with a specific focus on algebraic geometry and combinatorics. Currently, my research is at the intersection of data science and biology: I work on the formulation of novel, mathematically sound tensor-based frameworks, and development of computational tools to model tumor microenvironments.
